Today I want to go over the issue of optimizing parked domain names. The examples I am going to refer to relate to NameDrive, but the basic principles apply to any domain parking company. A well optimized domain is going to have a higher click-thru rate and will earn you more money. If our domain name gets 10 visits per day, and we can get the click-thru rate up to 40%, then we will get double the return that we would receive if we only had a 20% click-thru. The most important issue affecting the click-thru rate is the choice of the keyword.
