Oversee.net is combining the resources of two of its key companies, Moniker and SnapNames, to produce a new monthly online domain auction. That will fill some of the gap left when Moniker lost its live auction slot at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. Meanwhile another online auction provider, Bido.com, gets a major makeover.
