The entrepreneur did not accept the offer and said that It would only be interesting if Google made an offer with six zeros, because the Dutch tax rate of 52 percent would leave too little on the table. An offer in the million Euro range would make things a bot more fun.

The main problem facing vacuum cleaner reseller Knol is that www.Knol.com (http://www.knol.com/) is plastered on all their brochures and advertising campaigns, inhouse literature and paperwork. Changing that would be a very expensive issue , according to the owner who is seeking higher level of compensation from Google.
