I personally never trust bloggers who are getting paid- even through affiliate links – to review a product or website. It’s an ethical compromise. I don’t do that on DomainerPro.com.

Agree with DomainerPro that we can register a domain name elsewhere cheaper than $9.95. I don't think that the points could be traded for a domain name renewal fee or domain transfer fee.
