"I wasn’t sure how to respond. In the e-mail, the guy didn’t say he wanted to purchase the domain itself, just that he wanted to use it for his business. Did he want to rent it? Was I going to become some sort of virtual slumlord? What if I sold the domain name and he went off and created the next google.com? What if babycation.com became a billion-dollar business? Should I ask for a cut of the business instead of selling the domain outright?.."

DomainerPro.com: Chronicles of a Domain Name Professional
This guy refers derisively to "domain hoarders", but here he is, sitting on a domain that he registered for a few bucks and is not using, and refusing to sell it for less than $1,000.
Face the music, dude. You're a "domain hoarder" too. Or maybe just a budding domainer?

I think he is targeting the term "hoarder" towards the guy that tried to squeeze money from his dropped domain. I would be equally as angry as him if I were to be made to go thru hoops, trying to get my domain back.
I guess he is totally new to this industry and just ranting about his previous bad experience with the "hoarder".
