I thought to post it here as many say it is too late to pick up deals. Stats below is of one of our recent domain purchases. The domain is a strong generic/descriptive one keyword domain, all traffic is direct navigation (type in), and it was bought at one of the major auction houses for less than USD 10K less then two months ago. The domain is currently parked with our good friends at Hitfarm.com
