Yeah, it's too bad though. I've found it,
Logistik Labs via Google.

Thanks Al - much appreciated. By the way, this is a great idea for a site, it's about time domainers/seomainers had a dedicated social site. I'll do my best to promote it along the way.

Can anybody point to me where is the link to the site? I cannot belief that a press release is missing the link to it's website!

Excellent article! Please read this for those who are developing their generic domains. There are loads of productive information on SEO and why generics are so valuable in SE placement. Learned a lot from this, thanks!

With more registrars paying more attention to domain auction, we might be able to see some improvements in service and additional feature.

Dallas Cowboys should've taken the Cowboys.com at $275,000 in the recent TRAFFIC live auction when they have the chance.

Cool. Exciting time to be a domainer, don't you think?

I realize that a parked domain name does not have the same value as a developed website. In fact I believe that the ultimate goal of all domainers should be development, otherwise I would tend to agree that you are inhibiting the growth of the internet. But I recognize that domain name parking provides a fundamental service and is certainly better than nothing.

I am sure this will happen but it will surely take a while before such parking sites materialize. Meanwhile, whypark.com does a very good job in generating great content pages and you can join any affiliate programs from commissionjunction.com or clickbank.com, and build those pages into the whypark sites.
I have been using them and I like it because my sites get crawled in Google and on top of that, I have affiliate links set up there to earn commissions too.

Great article, as you'd expect from Frank. I had never heard of Scott Day before. His "parked" pages are fantastic and are really not parked in the sense that we understand the word. I can't wait until there are parking services that offer that kind of one-click storefront setup.

Interesting. Both arguments have merit. On the one hand, this is a multilingual world and there's no justification for restricting domains or extensions to English. On the other hand, allowing domains in multiple languages will result in chaos on the internet, and as the article pointed out, huge opportunities for scammers and phishers. In the end I think reality itself will win out... reality being that billions of human beings do not speak English but have a right to access and use the internet. If its chaos, its chaos. So is the world itself.

This is funny. I wonder if even occurs to them that naming themselves after a domain name – without owning the domain name – is kind of odd.

I think he is targeting the term "hoarder" towards the guy that tried to squeeze money from his dropped domain. I would be equally as angry as him if I were to be made to go thru hoops, trying to get my domain back.
I guess he is totally new to this industry and just ranting about his previous bad experience with the "hoarder".

This guy refers derisively to "domain hoarders", but here he is, sitting on a domain that he registered for a few bucks and is not using, and refusing to sell it for less than $1,000.
Face the music, dude. You're a "domain hoarder" too. Or maybe just a budding domainer?

Snapnames should have left them alone. Swapnames had a name that was exactly descriptive of what they do, which is to swap names. I believe the similarity between the two names is coincidental.

They’re going to be a major player, but they have to work out the bugs first.

Did not know about the site IPAuction.com till now. I guess there are still hidden treasure troves where the big domainers are mining gems from! I see bonkers is also bidding there....no wonder.
