I apologize I haven’t posted anything lately. Let’s just say I’ve had some personal…challenges.

Anyway, time to get back on track. And to kickstart things, I just found another free video on domain names and trademarks.

I actually got this from a forum. But what makes this video a “treat” is because it features one of the best, if not the best, attorneys in the business.

The attorney in question is Dr. John Berryhill, Ph.D. Esq. I’ve always wanted to write about him but never really got around to it until now.

What makes him unique among various attorneys I’ve “tackled” is he’s a straight shooter. He hits hard, yet most if not everything he says (no offense, John) can make a lot of sense or at least make you think about it.

Truth is, I can’t really say enough about John. Although I also haven’t retained him yet, I’ve learned so much from him about domain name-trademark issues that I personally look forward to the day, if ever, of working with him on a domain name issue.
