if you’re in this auction on namejet right now, I’d “wait” on raising the bid any further..
I almost fell victim to this wolf in sheep’s clothing..
take a closer look, you’ll see it ain’t wait.com, but vvait.com (with two V’s)
sneaky, namejet, sneaky…

urlacademy.com
and even worse - becauase its “vv” its likely to show up near the begining of the “w” and the end of the v’s…I’m surprised they allowed this - without some explaination.

Great thread about accidental ‘clickalike’ purchase from MsDomainer here:
http://www.msdomainer.com/2007/10/cautionary-tale-webbookscom-web-books.html
But wouldn’t sneaky imply an intent to mislead? I would think namejet sales are mostly
automated and only if a disgruntled buyer came back later would they even notice.
I was saying ’sneaky’ in a tongue and cheek fashion..
my intent was to (hopefully) save anyone from overspending on this worthless domain..
thanks for sharing that post from Ms.Domainer, though..

The irony is a year after this post the domain name is worth more than the $70 you could’ve paid for it. Clickalikes are in high demand to drive in traffic through some pretty clever techniques.
