Domain name barter trading marketplace changed its web address from Swapnames.com to Zuho.com.

Penang Island, Malaysia (PRWEB) October 18, 2007 -- Zuho.com is the industry's free and safe marketplace for everyone to barter trade their domain names or websites. Previously named as Swapnames.com, the domain trading portal stopped using it's former web address since 4th October 2007 due to some unfortunate circumstances.

Exactly 3 months after it's initial beta launch, the website was forced to change it's domain name to Zuho.com. With the relaunch under the new domain, Zuho.com is planning to aggresively rebrand and upgrade itself by incorporating a few major feature upgrades.

One important improvement for Zuho.com is that all it's members can now find very targeted domain names for trade. Members can now post free "Wanted Swap" ad listings and receive offers that match their requirements. This important feature will undoubtedly cut out many unwanted offers and make the process of domain swapping much more productive.

Until today, there are still no open, 'free-for-all' marketplaces just for domain name barter trading. All other domain name marketplaces are either auction houses or 'for sale listing' sites. Being the industry's first, Zuho.com is determined to make domain name trading a mainstream alternate productive tool for the domain name industry.

The idea of domain name trading was inspired by a man named Kyle MacDonald who swapped one red paperclip for a different item, and continued trading up his items until, 14 trades later, he owned a house. "I knew that this industry was really in need of a platform for people to do exactly like what Mr. MacDonald did. The difference is, this time, it will be for virtual pieces of properties: domain names!" said Koay, the founder of Zuho.com.

About Zuho.com

Zuho.com was founded by a Malaysian-based domain investor and entrepreneur, Koay Al Vin.

With a little help from a kind angel investor and some money made from a domain name sale, Koay hired a talented programming team from India to chase his vision. He dreams of a totally new marketplace where domain name 'trade-ups' could potentially be among the mainstream tools for domain investors.

Zuho, Inc was incorporated in Delaware, USA and operates from a tiny, but beautiful, island in Malaysia called Penang.

One other virtual property founded also by Koay is DNHour.com, another industry's first. It is a DIGG-style domain name news portal.
