When a user types a commercial generic search term as a domain name, such as “CommercialRealEstate.com”, that user is more likely to be interested in nothing but “commercial real estate” at that moment in time. The chances of that user to be distracted from his initial search are slimmer than if he was on a site that offers many other type of searches, including links to porn or illegal activities. The type-in user is not coming to this domain for porn, serials, warez, or anything of that sort, he is there for commerce, mainstream activity...."
