Just when I thought I was taking a break, I got the news that Rick Schwartz sold Property.com to Brad Geisen of Foreclosure.com. Congrats to Rick on a name he purchase 3 years ago for $750,000. I believe I remember the asking price on Property.com being somewhere over $10 million. The actual sales price was kept confidential.
